Welcome to Engreato. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use our service for any illegal purposes or to create content that violates the rights of others.
2. Social Media Platform Compliance
By connecting your social media accounts to Engreato, you agree to comply with the terms of service of each respective platform (e.g., Twitter Developer Agreement, YouTube Terms of Service, Instagram Platform Policy). Engreato is not responsible for any actions taken by these platforms against your account due to your content or usage.
3. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer
- Review Responsibility: Content generated by our AI tools is provided "as is". You are 100% responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of any content before publishing it.
- No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that AI-generated content will be unique, factual, or suited for any specific legal or commercial purpose.
- Prohibited Content: You may not use our AI tools to generate hate speech, harassment, sexually explicit content, or deceptive "deepfake" material.
4. Intellectual Property
- Your Content: You retain all ownership rights to the content you generate and publish through Engreato.
- Our Platform: Engreato retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform’s software, AI prompt engineering, designs, and brand assets.
- Feedback: Any feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by us without obligation to you.
5. Subscriptions & Payments
Usage of premium features requires a valid subscription. Prices are subject to change, but we will provide 30 days' notice for any changes to recurring subscription fees. All payments are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Engreato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages (including loss of data or social media account suspension) arising from your use of the platform or the AI models provided.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved in the courts of [Client's Preferred Jurisdiction - default: Indore, MP].
