• Usage Data: Information about how you interact with our platform, including device information and IP addresses, collected for security and analytics.
• Payment Information: Billing details are processed securely through our payment partners (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay); we do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

Engreato uses advanced AI models from third-party providers (such as OpenAI and Anthropic) to generate content. While we send your prompts to these providers to generate results, we do not allow these providers to use your personal data to train their models. By using our AI tools, you acknowledge that your input data is processed by these third-party services.

5. Data Security & Retention

We implement industry-standard encryption and security protocols to safeguard your data. Social media access tokens are stored securely and can be revoked at any time through your account settings or the respective social media platform. We retain your data as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with services.

6. Your Rights & Choices (Data Deletion)

You have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information. You can also disconnect your social media accounts at any time through the Account Settings or Channels section of the dashboard, which will immediately stop our platform's access to those platforms.

If you wish to delete your account and all associated data, including information retrieved from social media platforms (Meta, Google, etc.), please contact us at support@engreato.com. Upon request, we will delete your data from our primary databases within 30 days.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically to reflect changes in our technology or legal requirements. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting the new policy on this page.
