1. Subscription Cancellation
- Users can cancel their subscription at any time directly from their account dashboard.
- The cancellation will become effective at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to have access to premium features until that time.
2. Refund Policy
- Monthly Subscriptions: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscriptions once they have been billed.
- Annual Plans: Annual plans may be eligible for a prorated refund if requested within the first 7 days of the initial purchase.
- Technical Issues: If you experience significant technical failures that prevent you from using the platform, please contact us at support@engreato.com. We review each case individually to ensure fairness.
