Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation
- Flexible Cancellation: You can cancel your Engreato subscription at any time through your account settings.
- Effective Date: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly or annual). No further charges will be made.
2. Refund Policy
- 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee: We offer a 14-day full access trial for new users. If you are not satisfied with the platform during this period, you can cancel without being charged.
- Monthly Plans: Once a monthly billing cycle has started, we do not offer prorated refunds for the remaining days of that month.
- Annual Plans: Refunds for annual plans are considered on a case-by-case basis if requested within 7 days of the initial purchase or renewal.
- Exceptions: If you experience persistent technical issues that our support team cannot resolve within 72 hours, we may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.
